Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of instant-download products, we generally do not accept returns once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of your order, without giving any reason, provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before accessing your download. Once digital content has been accessed or the download has begun, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).
