When conducting a Halloween ritual or inviting your ancestors or spirit allies to be with you, you also open the door to the spirit world. The magick circle closes the door to all energies except those you specifically call. Just as you wouldn’t leave the front door of your house open to anyone who happened by, you likewise need to close supernatural doors. Celebrate the Day of the Dead safely!
