Make a batch of Spirit Water on Samhain Eve, then place it on your Altar as an offering to the spirit world. Water is a conduit for those behind the veil to come through to our world, and it is traditional in many cultures to keep a glass of clean, fresh water on ancestor and spirit altars. The water will react to ghostly activity by forming bubbles, so be sure to use clear glass so that you can see them!
