The Full Moon in Capricorn is a great time to concentrate on emotional, spiritual and material growth. Take some time to meditate on how far you have come and how much you have grown. Allow yourself to feel a sense of accomplishment for your hard work and dedication, as this is something that should be celebrated and cherished.

 The Meditation

Take a few moments to breathe deeply, focusing on letting go of any feelings of stress or anxiety so that you can fully relax into the present moment. Imagine each breath sending energy down through your spine, settling into the core of your being. Feel yourself becoming grounded and centered in the here and now.

 

Allow yourself to reflect on the journey that has led up to this point; all of the challenges, successes, lessons learned, mistakes made, and growth experienced. Notice the shifts that have been made and the progress achieved in achieving your goals. Honor the discipline, commitment, and strength you have had to employ along the way.

 

 As you continue to relax into this peaceful moment of reflection, bring awareness to how far you have come since the last full moon. What has worked for you? What hasn’t? What do you need to let go of or shift in order to move forward with greater clarity and power?

 

 Allow yourself a few moments to savor the beauty of this moment before slowly beginning to come back up to an awakened state. When you feel ready, open your eyes and take a few more deep breaths—celebrating all that has taken place since the last full moon.

 

 As you move forward, use the energy of this Full Moon in Capricorn to your advantage, amplifying your intentions and helping you manifest greater clarity and success. Appreciate all of your hard work and progress so far, and trust that positive change is on its way!
